When I think about how long I have loved food, and the different tastes, I have, I feel like a walking Food Network. I have tried different cuisines, and haven't found one that I hated yet, but lately I have been thinking about the Taste of Philadelphia, I have had cheesesteaks before, but I would like an authentic one from Philly. After checking out Geno's Cheesesteaks (www.genosteaks.com) and they are really cool, I have seen their celebrity pics and the picture of their HUGE cheesesteak sandwich, it has got to be the most delicious sandwich that I have never tasted. And listening to their history almost makes me want to drive to Philly, but one day when I have another reason, but they seem really cool and to further add to my cheesesteak mania, is the website www.bestcheesesteaks.com, this man is a steak genius, he has them all listed to a science, even the places that aren't as well known are now showcased thanks to this site. Imagine, having a job that only concerns finding the best cheesesteak, but anyway, whenever I do make it to Philadelphia, Geno's will be on the list of places to visit when I am there. I will probably blog about food again as time goes on, because I LOVE food. But cheesesteaks have been on the brain for a while. Thanks for reading.
